Shapids 1.0 Update
So, for people who don't know what Shapids is, it's a game made in less than 48 hours for the GMTK Game Jam 2024.
I knew it wasn't a unique idea, but I made it anyway.
You might ask: "Botte, why did you make a platformer game?"
And... My first idea for a game was completely different...
But I thought I wouldn't have enough time to make it, so I scrapped it.

I started by adding slopes to the game because it felt too *blocky* without them, and they turned out pretty good in my opinion.
Until I realised that slopes are... ABSOLUTE PIECES OF GARBAGE
Seriously, the slopes' collision boxes are just so janky!
I tried a lot of things... and the only thing that worked was something that some people complained the game didn't have:
Coyote Time!

Made some in-game tutorials (which are just .png files xD)
Added some environmental effects (snow, water, rain etc)
The sky actually looks like a sky now.

And I fixed another problem that has been bothering me since I started making this game...
SOFTLOCKS
They were a pain to fix :/
